DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA337216_75611 – Construct Heavy Equipment Parking Area at CC-95 – Petawawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct parking area for heavy equipment at airfield. Work includes, but not limited to, asphalt paving, fencing, stormwater drainage, electrical and signage.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $576,000.00
The Work must be completed by March 31, 2022, with the exception of the Hot-Mix Asphalt paving (section 32 12 16), Pavement Marking (Section 32 17 23), and Landscaping (Section 32 90 00), which must be completed to reach Substantial Completion no later than 224 calendar days after notification of contract award. The Work must reach Completion no later than 42 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
