Description

The Cypress County (the “County”) is seeking tenders for Gravel Loading for the 2018 construction season more particularly set out in 8.3.1 included in these Instructions to Tenderers. The County will receive sealed tenders until 2:00:00 p.m. MST on May 18, 2018. Faxed tenders will not be accepted and will be returned to the Tenderer.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
