Description

The Town of Prescott (Town) is inviting Prequalification submissions from General Contractors who wish to submit a tender bid for the construction of a New Single Pad Arena in the Town of Prescott. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will focus on the submission requirements for all general contractors who wish to be considered. Only General Contractors that prequalify through this process will be permitted to participate in the Tendering phase of the project.

The New Single Pad Arena project will generally consist of the construction of a new multi-use recreation complex that includes a single pad arena with a total building area of approximately 4,300 square metres, to be located in the Town of Prescott.

Questions will be received until end of day May 13th, 2021 and must be submitted in writing to the Engineer. The Contractor’s submission must be received by the Engineer by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, May 20th, 2021 at the following address:
