ITEM DESCRIPTION

1.1       Q. Is the cost to collect and analyze 120 asbestos, 50 lead, and 5 mould samples as indicated on page 3 of the RFP included in the fixed fee or the cash allowance?
            A. The cash allowance provided will be used for the DSS aspect of the project. This cost should not be included in the prime consultant’s own fees.

1.2       Q. What is the area and number of storeys of building B17476?
A. This is the EDU pedestrian tunnel. It is not a building in itself but serves as a link for students to connect one building to another. It is approx. 75 feet in length.

1.3       Q. If scaffolding or scissor lifts are required for the lobby of building 10531, can the cost be from the cash allowance?
A. This cost will be included in the cash allowance for contractors to carry out destructive testing.
