Office & Residential Care Facility up to +- 50,000 SF

Youthdale, a leading Toronto-based non-profit and charitable community agency is seeking on and off-market opportunities based on the following criteria:

Approximately 20,000 – 50,000 SF (use can be across 2 buildings)
Integrated campus with office, clinical space, and patient facilities
Ability to create up to 70 residential single occupant rooms
Client is open to partnerships with other agencies to deliver similar services
Must be easily accessible via public transit

Location:

Toronto - preference is Central Core or North West Region of Toronto, but open to all opportunities within the City of Toronto.

All off-market opportunities will be treated in confidence.
