2020-99 - Third-party Report on Opportunities for S&T Organizational Improvements

Purpose of this RFPI
 
The purpose of this RFPI is to solicit information and general feedback from Proponents who have knowledge and experience in providing goods and/or services so that CNL may assess the viability of the following Project: Third-party report on opportunities for organizational improvement, process improvement and other cost saving opportunities, including transformative opportunities.    (the “Project”).
 
In the context of the Project, CNL may have to obtain the following:

• 2-3 page submission outlining the following
  • Approach and methodology: How would your organization approach this type of requirement
  • Estimated timeline, CNL would prefer a 2-3 week engagement but is looking for feedback from the industry
  • Examples of similar work performed by your organization that is in line with this request.

1. Technical Information: CNL’s Science and Technology (S&T) mission is seeking to make demonstrable progress on organizational improvement, process improvement and other cost saving opportunities, including transformative opportunities. We current envisage this work will be carried out in a number of phases. During the first phase, CNL wishes to establish a Roadmap for the remaining phases. The establishment of this Roadmap will guide our efforts over the next fiscal year.
   CNL would like the assistance of an external experienced third party to help CNL identify the opportunities that currently exist within S&T for organizational improvement, process improvement and other cost saving opportunities, including transformative opportunities. In addition we would like assistance in creating a high-level version of the Roadmap to guide further detailed planning next year.
