The purpose of this RFPI is to solicit information and general feedback from Proponents who have knowledge and experience in providing services so that CNL may consider the viability of the following Project: Conducting a Safety and Security Culture Assessment which reflects the requirements in the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission Regulatory Doc 2.1.2 (the “Project”). The provider will be required to work with CNL’s team in developing the framework of the assessment, conduct onsite; document reviews, interviews and facilitate focus group discussions. The outcome of the assessment will be compiled into one or more reports, which will highlight the Strengths and Opportunities based on the interpretation of our results, as well as ideally provide comparative performance against other like organizations.
