151018 - RFPQ For Design Engineering Support - Master Services Agreement

CNL is seeking firms to provide engineering services in support of Design Engineering.
CNL will accommodate discipline specific suppliers.  These suppliers will have the ability to provide engineering services in their area of specialization.
The Services may be requested as three different types (or combination thereof) of contract arrangements:

1. Managed Task: Perform specific deliverables under the Supplier’s Quality Assurance (QA) program;
2. Augmented Staff: Qualified engineering resources are provided and embedded within CNL’s team to work under CNL’s direct supervision and QA program; and
3. Managed Service: An outsourced engineering program or project where the Supplier acts on CNL’s behalf to provide all necessary resources to deliver the required outputs/deliverables using either the Supplier’s own QA program, CNL’s program, or, a combination of both where appropriate and agreed.
