Description of services
A contractor who will be able to supply ‘prescription’ protective eyewear on-site dispensing services to CNL Employees with regular ON-SITE optician dispensing services on date agreed
A contractor who would be able to supply ‘prescription’ protective eyewear that meets CAN/CSA Z94.3 Industrial Eye and Face Protectors as amended from time to time; with permanent side shields or integrated side shields.
A contractor who would provide professional services and support to CNL line managers and employees who purchase ‘prescription’ protective eyewear. Additional visits may be warranted from time to time; therefore these visit will be mutually agreed upon by CNL Sponsor and the supplier when required.
Supplier is to maintain a supply of spare parts to allow on-site minor repairs as required.
