735157 - Non-Destructive Leak Testing-QC Inspection, Program Development & Implementation

CNL is seeking a certified ASNT Level III LT Contractor to assume the appointed Level III responsibilities for the scope and duration of the Leak Testing contract.
The certified Level III will provide development, review and approval of CNL's NDE LT Program, specific procedures to accomplish the work necessary to certify CNL NDE personnel and complete the detailed objectives:

1.  Written practice for the qualification, training and certification of Non-Destructive Examination Personnel, including;
   1. Develop training material, administer training, and administer examinations of CNL's LT Inspectors with CNL support;
   2. Review and maintain CNL's certification program for the duration of the associated project contract and
   3. Review and approve work histories, examinations and certifications (i.e., certificates) of CNL's in-house LT inspectors.
2. Review, approval, and distribution of Non-Destructive Examination procedures, instructions and techniques:
   1. Author, review and approve all leak testing procedures, practices, work instructions and techniques for acceptance and implementation by CNL; and
   2. Contractor Approver shall possess a valid ASNT Level III certification for LT.
