Description

The purpose of this RFP is to engage the marketplace at the earliest possible development stage and establish, subject to CNL’s reserved and other rights, a contract with a
qualified proponent to execute the services of a Construction Contractor whom will provide not only
construction capabilities but also design assist consultation during the project design phase and build up of Target Cost for Construction as required, or as determined by CNL in its sole and absolute discretion.

The RFP will be issued via MERX RFP 752964 in a phased approach, of document release:
Phase 1 - Preliminary document release (Early engagement)
Phase 2 - Mandatory Site Visit & supporting document release
