Requirement
The City of Ottawa, Fleet Services (the “City”) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) solar powered message sign trailer (the “Equipment”). The Equipment shall be delivered in a fully operational condition, as described herein, and ready for its intended immediate use, all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Quotations must be submitted no later than 3:00:00 PM local time (EST) on Wednesday, 20 November 2019
Bid Submission
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the MERX online system to the Contracting Authority noted below. Any inquiries should be submitted by the Inquiry Deadline and shall be directed to the Contracting Authority only.

Inquiries & Addenda
All inquiries regarding this RF1 are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than Thursday, 14 November 2019. Should the MERX system not accept the inquiry, bidders may contact the Contracting Authority noted on the MERX solicitation by email. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, published in MERX, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
