Description

The Corporation of the City of North Bay is seeking proposal from proponents who are interested in serving the City as its Integrity Commissioner. The Integrity Commissioner will be required to provide services on an as required basis in accordance with sections 223.3 to 223.8 of the Municipal Act, 2001.
Material Disclosure
Staff providing services, activities or functions in connection with the Services that are current or former employees of The Corporation of the City of North Bay, or any of The Corporation of the City of North Bay’s local boards would be in a conflict of interest pursuant to this Agreement.

Time Line
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years.

The top-ranked proponent will receive a written invitation to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize the agreement with the City.
