2018-30 - Expression of Interest - Land for Recreation & Community Facility

This Request for Expressions of Interest (“REOI”) is issued by the City of North Bay (the “City”) for the purposes of gathering information about privately-owned parcels of land that are available for purchase by the City and may be suitable for the City’s development of a recreation and community facility.
Proposed parcels of land should be a minimum of eight (8) acres and, ideally, fourteen (14) acres or more and must be located  within the urban boundary of the City.
An individual or entity submitting a response to this REOI (the “respondent”) must be an owner of the available parcel of land and, if the parcel of land is owned by more than one individual or entity, the response must be submitted with the knowledge and agreement of all owners. The respondent, and any other owners of the available parcel of land, should be willing to transfer ownership of the land to the City, without conditions, through a standard Agreement of Purchase and Sale for real property with a transaction closing date no later than September 30, 2018.
