The intent of this assignment is to provide Contract Administration and Inspection services following the latest version of MTO’s Construction Administration and Inspection Task Manual and in accordance with the Tender 2017-02 contract documents and City and MTO standards for the Hwy 11/17 and Seymour Street Intersection Reconstruction project in the City of North Bay

Conditions for suppliers

The awarded Consulting Engineer must be approved under the Ministry of Transportation’s (MTO) Registry, Appraisal and Qualification System (RAQS) under Contract Administration – Medium Complexity Specialty. Additionally all staff working on the project must have the necessary certification and licences as detailed elsewhere in this RFP. Documentation providing proof of necessary approvals, certifications and licences must accompany the proposal.

Based on estimates at the time of tendering, the estimated working days for Tender 2017-02 are as follows:
