The City of North Bay is seeking a qualified Contractor with relevant expertise and experience to undertake the abatement and demolition of the former Moe-Ze-On Inn. The Moe-Ze-On Inn is a wood frame construction located in the City of North Bay. The building does not appear to be structurally sound. Due to the building’s size, an engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario will be required to seal the demolition plan.
