1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SERVICES:
The key objective in issuing this Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) is to qualify Supplier(s) to perform mandates as Commercial Real Estate Brokers on an ad hoc basis. CBC/Radio-Canada will retain a maximum of three (3) successful pre-qualified firms for each of the five (5) contemplated regions, namely the Maritimes (including Newfoundland and Labrador), Quebec, Ontario, the Prairies (including Nunavut and Northwest Territories) and the West (i.e. British Columbia and Yukon).
Supplier(s) shall offer services for any or all of the three (3) service categories , without limitation, as follows:
Category 1: Market Research and Market Information:
Category 2: Listing Services - CBC/Radio-Canada as Landlord:
Category 3: Tenant Representation Services - CBC/Radio-Canada as Tenant:
They will have to specify the region versus category (or categories) for which they want to be considered. The mandates deriving from this RFSA will be detailed when Requests for Services are issued.
2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
This RFSA is open only to Proponents who meet the following mandatory requirement.

3. TO OBTAIN THE RFSA DOCUMENTATION
As CBC/Radio-Canada uses MERX (https://www.merx4.merx.com/cbc) to manage its solicitation process, all Proponents must obtain the RFSA documents through MERX. Here is the link to the MERX Quick Get Started Steps for new users (http://bit.ly/2NW0a93).
Before you register,
- Determine your eligibility to participate based on the description/objective statement and mandatory requirements' qualification for the RFSA.
- Register with MERX if not already registered (link provided above to access the MERX Quick Get Started Guide)
- To obtain the RFSA Documentation, the Proponent must submit the Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) duly completed and signed.
- The NDA to be completed is available on Merx.
The NDA completed and signed must be sent by email to the attention of the CBC/Radio-Canada representative for this RFSA whose coordinates appear below.
If you have not received acknowledgement of your request within forty-eight (48) hours it is your responsibility to resubmit your request.
Following receipt of the signed NDA, you will be provided with the access to the documentation on Merx.

4. COMMUNICATION WITH CBC/RADIO-CANADA
Any contact with CBC/Radio-Canada at this stage of the RFSA must be undertaken by email only, which will be addressed to the CBC/Radio-Canada Representative for this RFSA, whose coordinates appear below. .
All emails pertaining to this RFSA must state the RFSA reference number (RFSA# BRK20211026) in the “Subject” of the email.

Once the tender documents have been obtained, Proponents may have queries, require further information or clarification, or discover certain omissions or ambiguities in the RFSA documents. If so, or if there is any doubt about the meaning of any part of this RFSA, must submit their questions through MERX no later than the date specified in PART I: INTRODUCTION, Table 1: Critical Dates in the RFSA Process of the main document
5. RECEIPT OF OFFERS
Offersmust be received by CBC/Radio-Canada, via electronic submission to the MERX Website (www.merx.com) no later than February 17th, 2022 at 8:00:00 pm, Montreal Time.
The Proponent has the sole responsibility for the timely receipt of an Offerby CBC/Radio-Canada. The Proponent cannot transfer such responsibility to CBC/Radio-Canada. The MERX clock shall be used to determine the time of receipt of the Offer, whether the time indicated on such clock is accurate or not.
Partial Offers, amendments or revisions which are received after the date and time for the RFSA Submission Closing Date will not be accepted.
CBC/Radio-Canada retains the right to negotiate with Proponents on any procurement.
