Bug and Issue Tracking Solution for Projects and Programs
Introduction
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) is a Crown corporation with Headquarters in Ottawa and is responsible for the delivery of consistent, effective and efficient screening of passengers and non-passengers in designated airports.

Objective
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) has a requirement to procure a bug and issue tracking solution for projects and programs for an initial period of five years with the option of extending for five additional one-year periods as further described in the RFP documents.
Evaluation and Selection Process
All proposals will be examined in accordance with the following process:
1. Mandatory Requirements
Bidder must comply with the mandatory requirement outlined the RFP document and provide letter(s) to support compliance. Any bid which fails to meet the mandatory requirements shall be considered non-compliant.
2. Evaluation of Rated Requirements
Technical Offers will be evaluated against the Rated Requirements, as outlined in Part “3” (Technical Requirements) contained in the RFP.
3. Evaluation of Financial Offer
Financial Offers from the bidders will be evaluated and assigned a “Bid Price” in accordance with Part “4” (Financial Offer).
4. Contractor Selection
CATSA intends to select a Contractor based on the following methodology:
Evaluated Price Per Point
The Proposal with the lowest Evaluated Price Per Point shall be recommended for award of a Contract without limitation to any other provision in this RFP, including but not limited to Section 6 of Part 1 of this RFP (CATSA’s Reserved Rights).
