Notice for Inclusion in a Multi-Use List
1. Description of the Goods or Services
As a result of continued growth in its parcel business, Canada Post Corporation (CPC) has identified a requirement to prequalify multiple Suppliers capable of providing Parcel Sortation Equipment and Services and establish Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) in two (2) groups:
a) Group 1 will consist of Suppliers of simple and standardized conveyor equipment and parcel handling equipment solutions for deployment at CPC’s processing facilities located in urban areas across Canada.
b) Group 2 will consist of Suppliers of solutions to address equipment controls obsolescence for existing powered conveyance and sortation systems at CPC’s processing facilities located in urban areas across Canada.
2. Conditions for Participation
To participate in this RFQ the Respondent:
a) must comply with the Mandatory Requirements;
b) must substantially comply with the Essential Requirements; and
c) must meet the Eligibility Criteria.
3. Period of Validity
Period: five (5) years.
Termination: end of five (5) years term.
Renewal: through public procurement.
4. Instructions for the Submissions
RFQ will be published on MERX (www.merx.com) and will remain open for the Period of Validity.
