Description

The intent of the Invitation to Bid (Tender) is to solicit Bids for the supply of Buffetware for use in the banquet and meeting rooms in the expanded BMO Centre. All items are to be commercial grade suitable for high use in a convention venue.

The full scope generally includes the following items which are detailed further in Appendix A – Bid Form and Product Specifications. Equivalent products to those specified in Appendix A may be included in bid submissions as outlined in Section 2.1.1.
• Risers and Shelves
• Induction Ranges
• Beverage Dispensers
• Heat Lamps
Successful Bidder(s) will be required to submit detailed product data for review and approval as per section 3.3.5 below. Product sample requirements are identified in Appendix A and must be provided per the schedule indicated in section 1.3. All samples as requested must be provided.
