175 - 6Street Underpass Project (6UP) - Technical Advisor

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure the services of a qualified firm(s) (the Successful Proponent) to serve as the Technical Advisor for the 6 Street SE Underpass Project, as set forth in the Professional Services Agreement. The Technical Advisor will assist CMLC and the Design-Builder in developing the Statement of Requirements and reviewing the Design-Builder’s technical design for compliance with the Statement of Requirements and industry standards. The Technical Advisor will also conduct site reviews of Initial Release Work Packages during the design phase to ensure compliance with the Design-Builders drawings and specifications. 

Proponent submissions must be for the entire scope of work. Proponents may partner with other firms to provide the complete scope of work provided one firm is designated as the lead firm. Adherence to sections 4.1 and 4.2 is required, and any required coordination between firms is completed by the lead firm.
