To keep up with the pace and quantity of the changes required for our systems, BDC is looking for an application development partner to ensure greater flexibility in assigning work teams to implement our roadmap.
The purpose of this tender notice is to select a partner who will complement BDC's development team through outsourcing of various services related to the development of applications or parts of applications, by providing the services of complete and autonomous development teams.
The intent of this tender notice is not to solicit staff augmentation services but, rather, application development outsourcing services to support BDC.
At the end of this process, BDC will enter into a service agreement with the selected partner. The service agreement will be in effect for a period of three (3) years. The annual work volume is estimated at approximately 1,000 days and more. However, take note this estimate is not a spending commitment on BDC's part.
