Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide “Senior Microsoft BizTalk Developer” services.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful proponent beginning late April/early May 2020, for up to twelve (12) months. The contract value is not to exceed $216,000 CAD excluding HST. Agricorp will provide fourteen (14) calendar days notice if the contract is terminated prior to the contracted termination date.

Note:

Submissions will be considered non-compliant and disqualified if:
- The contract value exceeds the amount stated above
- More than two (2) qualified candidates per proponent are submitted for evaluation
The number of days effort reflects an Agricorp work day of 7.25 hours, Monday to Friday

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.
