Description

1.0 Request for Proposal
This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the
most suitable candidates to provide services for the positions identified in Section 3.2.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign contract(s) with the successful
proponent(s) in accordance with the requirements for each position.

Please Note: Except where indicated, submissions with more than one candidate per position,
will be considered non-compliant and disqualified.

3.2 Deliverables
Funding for the following positions has been requested and approval is anticipated prior to the
start dates. Start dates will be adjusted, if funding is delayed.
3.2.1 Senior .NET Programmer Analyst (2 resources required)
3.2.2 ETL Configurator (1 resource required)
3.2.3 Senior Guidewire Configuration Developer (1 resource required)
3.2.4 Senior Guidewire Integration Developer (1 resource required)

Additional Bidding Instructions

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP
title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s
submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient
number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted
and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on
the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should
be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

Proposals are to be e-mailed to agricorp.purchasing@agricorp.com

Note: Submissions received after the date and time specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, will be
considered non-compliant and rejected.
