Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the
most suitable proponent to act as Agricorp’s Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) VAR (Value
Added Reseller) and to provide related support and services.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful
proponent for three (3) years, with the potential for two (2), one (1) year extensions. The
contract value, including optional years, is not to exceed $166,000 CAD.

Note: Submissions will be considered non-compliant and disqualified if the contract value
exceeds the amount stated above.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized
representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP
title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate
attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing
information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to
Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being
disqualified.
