Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide brokerage services in relation to Agricorp’s group benefit offerings.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful proponent for three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) one (1) year options.

This is not a request for benefit quotations. No market reservation is to be made on behalf of Agricorp. The invitation to submit a response to this Request for Proposal is not an authorization to approach benefit providers on behalf of Agricorp. Any attempt to restrict market availability at this time will be grounds for elimination from consideration in this Request for Proposal.

Agricorp is seeking a qualified proponent to provide brokerage services to assist in ensuring quality and cost competitive benefits and service providers and to provide ongoing support and advice as it relates to Agricorp’s benefit offerings.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

Proposals are to be e-mailed to agricorp.purchasing@agricorp.com

Note: Submissions received after the date and time specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, will be considered non-compliant and rejected.
