Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been issued by Agricorp in order to obtain the best price
for “Cheque Stock”.

Agricorp intends to award a purchase order to the successful proponent which is to not exceed
$50,000 CAD excluding HST.

Submissions will be considered non-compliant and disqualified if the quotation exceeds the
amount stated above.

Agricorp is requesting submissions from qualified companies to provide a total of 200,000
cheques.

The following are the requirements for the cheques:
- Cheques must meet all CPA 006 requirements
- The cheque number will be printed on the back of the cheque stub in the upper right
hand corner with sufficient space allocated to accommodate six (6) digits
- Detachable cheque portion at the bottom and must have a light green pastel background
- The pantone number is PMS green 347

Agricorp will also require ten (10) test cheques to be submitted with the response that meet the
below specifications outlined in the CPA standard 006:
- Cheque size requirements
- Paper quality Dynamic contrast
- Reflectance

Additional Bidding Instructions

Submissions must be less than 10MB in order to be received by Agricorp If the submission is
larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less
than 10MB. If a confirmation of submission receipt has not been received within one hour prior
to the closing date specified on the RFQ cover, the Agricorp Procurement department should be
contacted as stated below.
