Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most
suitable proponent to provide career transition services for Agricorp employees who leave the
organization.
Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful proponent for
three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) one (1) year options. Including option years, contract
value is not to exceed $150,000.00 CAD.
Note: Submissions will be considered non-compliant and disqualified if the contract value exceeds the
amount stated above.

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized
representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP
title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name. All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being disqualified. Proposals are to be e-mailed to agricorp.purchasing@agricorp.com. Note: Submissions received after the date and time specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, will be considered non-compliant and rejected.
