PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of an electric tractor including manuals and maintenance data sheets, training, an extended 24-month warranty and delivery, located in Sept-Iles, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
